Q: What does it take to register?
A: Call a Munce Group service representative and register over the phone, or complete the registration paperwork yourself and fax it to 727-593-3523. CLICK HERE FOR REGISTRATION FORMS
Q: Why should I pre-register?
A: Not only will pre-registration numbers improve exhibitor participation and show-specials, but all pre-registered retailers are eligible for the maximum reimbursement opportunities. (See page 3 of the registration forms)
Q: What can I do to prepare for CPE?
A: CPE attendees of the past have provided some great tips for newcomers. CLICK HERE for some great ideas on how to best prepare for CPE this year.
Q: How much does it cost to register for CPE?
A: Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zero. CPE is a FREE tradeshow open to ALL independent Christian retailers.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
A: If you cancel before August 1, 2010, you will not be charged or penalized for cancelling your CPE registration. If you cancel after August 1, 2010, we do have a cancellation fee of $75.
Q. Why is there a cancellation fee?
A. Our goal is to make the cancellation deadline as close to the event as possible. After August 1, 2010, however, CPE staff must provide specific reservations for registered CPE guests to the hotel, for rooms and meal services. If retailers cancel after these deadlines, the CPE still must pay for those reserved meals and/or rooms. The cancellation fee helps the CPE recover those costs.
Q: Who is attending CPE | Murfreesboro, 2010?

Q. How does the two-day format benefit me?
A. Time is money and we would like to help you save as much as possible regarding both! The two-day format means less time away from your store, while preserving the value you’ve come to expect in workshops and show floor time!
Q. When should I make my room reservations?
A. Be sure to make your reservation as soon as possible. Contact the Murfreesboro Embassy Suites at 615-890-4464 no later than August 19, 2010. As CPE draws close, things will start to pile up. Making your reservation is the last thing you will want to forget.
Q. Will I need a special group code when I make my reservation?
A. Yes. Mention code "MUN". This will ensure that you receive the pre-negotiated rate of $119/per night (plus taxes and fees).
Q. Who pays for my room and travel expenses?
A. Initially, retailers are responsible to provide for their own room and travel expenses. Following CPE, the CPE staff will review each retailer’s participation in the event and reimburse accordingly.
Q. When will I receive my reimbursement?
A. Qualifying retailers can expect to receive their reimbursement no later than 2-4 weeks after the CPE event.
Q. How many exhibitors should I expect?
A. You can expect 70 suppliers to exhibit at CPE. Refer back to this website for the most updated CPE exhibitor listing and CPE show specials.
